Tips for Acting as a Pallbearer at a Funeral

If you have been chosen to be a pallbearer at a funeral service serving Oahu, it is important to remember that you have been selected to serve an important role. You should arrive at the funeral parlor at least 30 minutes early so you can receive your instructions.

The funeral director will tell you where you should gather and when you need to be there. When the casket arrives, you will take one handle and lift it with the other pallbearers. Learn more about the process in this video.
